Final Design Principles The design must be relevant for a 2 year life cycle. The specific messages must reflect the diversity of Valencia students. The design must allow for customization to complement each campus environment. 3. Teamwork and Interpersonal Communication Principles a. Skillful Discussion1 It is strongly recommended that teams use Skillful Discussion as a means of coming to decisions thoughtfully and collaboratively. 4. b. We appreciate the insight of each team member as representatives of the college community. c. We learn from each other’s expertise, particularly marketing who will lead the development process. d. We will seek input from larger representative groups, including students, to ensure that the design and message are relevant and meaningful. e. We will communicate the development process with the college community in order to build support and understanding. Evaluation Plan Surveys and focus groups will be conducted 6 months after the environmental campaign is installed to measure its visibility and impact with stakeholders, particularly students. 5. Communication Plan for Work The co-chairs will be responsible for meeting summaries and sharing the progress of the group. We will work with Organizational Communications to share the development process through college communications as appropriate. 6.
