Final Design Principles
The design must be relevant for a 2 year life cycle.
The specific messages must reflect the diversity of Valencia students.
The design must allow for customization to complement each campus environment.

thoughtfully and collaboratively.

Evaluation Plan
Surveys and focus groups will be conducted 6 months after the environmental campaign is installed to measure its
visibility and impact with stakeholders, particularly students.

Communication Plan for Work
The co-chairs will be responsible for meeting summaries and sharing the progress of the group. We will work with
Organizational Communications to share the development process through college communications as appropriate.
