Theatre (Launceston) – School of Visual and
Performing Arts
The School of Visual and Performing Arts, which is located at the new Academy of the
Arts at Inveresk, offers a major in Theatre Studies as part of the Bachelor of Contemporary
Arts. Theatre electives are also available to students enrolled in other courses.
After completion of an undergraduate degree with a major in Theatre Studies, students
may go on to study theatre at honours level, in a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts with
Honours program.
