Student Assembly Building (Sanctuary): Design and Construction of sanctuary building of approximately 6,500 square feet to serve as a venue for group events. New Housing Clubhouse Building: Design and Construction of a new Clubhouse to service the housing units in the core campus. Program calls for a 15,000 GSF building to contain a Convenience Store/Grill, a Multi-purpose Room, a Laundry facility for 450 students, an R/A Graphics Room, a Game Room and a Mail Distribution area for 2,900 students. Aquatic Center Re-purposing for Basketball: Design and construction of basketball courts and general extensive renovations to the Aquatic Center to eliminate the pool.
