New Housing Clubhouse Building: Design and Construction of a new Clubhouse to
service the housing units in the core campus. Program calls for a 15,000 GSF building to
contain a Convenience Store/Grill, a Multi-purpose Room, a Laundry facility for 450
students, an R/A Graphics Room, a Game Room and a Mail Distribution area for 2,900
students.

Elevated Parking Deck at Lot 14: Feasibility, Design and Construction of a new
elevated parking deck over part of Lot 14. Consultant will test the feasibility of adding
additional parking levels to tie to the existing Fine Arts Garage. Program calls for a
minimum of 170 stalls to serve the residential population.
