Hi Sharon:
Thanks for the invitation to the Internet Presence Committee. The information on the
University’s homepage automatically flows to the bottom of any and all university pages. For
example, as part of due diligence, I visited the pages entitled Continuing Education, Employment
and others. The information where I am requesting the phrase “An Equal Opportunity
Employer” to be placed next to is currently viewed as:

Disability Accommodations
When the requested information is linked to the EOP page, viewers will immediately find
information that should be helpful in the same light as the other information in that block,
which will serve to enhance effective communication and accessibility from the standpoint of
compliance.

- Marianne Jaffee will contact HR to see if departments can link to specific postings in OASy’s.
-Marianne is going to have a meeting with all the colleges to see exactly where they are at
regarding resources and whether they are going to have the CMS Team do most of the
migration of their site. This will be determined within the next couple of weeks.
