Carrie Graham Yinping Hu Anthony Minford Mengxue Ni The success of this application is dependent on: Participation from furniture retailers General user participation, both interior designers and non-designers The team will need to pitch the value of this mobile application to furniture suppliers and to general users to get their buy-in. Risks: Inability to garner support from furniture providers Inability to attract users Competition from similar applications Customers will have a brand new experience of shopping for furniture by using the application. It will give them a preview of every room with furniture they want. We will have partnership with some furniture companies such as IKEA. It only takes one-click to the purchase site. They can either design their house themselves or choose a designer to help them. Also, they can find cheaper secondhand furniture within the app or sell furniture on it.
