GENERAL INFORMATION Some stalls available. Contact Diamond G Ranch and Western Store at 562-4050. Show held rain or shine. Diamond G has an indoor arena. All exhibitors must be 4-H members in good standing in a 4-H Horse & Pony project for 2011. One animal per exhibitor, per class. Ownership of animal must comply with exhibitor’s home county policy. Exhibitors must show proof of ownership or proper lease agreements according to home county policy. Negative coggins test required. Papers need to be with you on the grounds. Exhibitors must be in proper attire. A horse or pony may be shown English and Western, but must have proper equipment. Hardhats and boots required for jumping. Western attire and helmets are required for speed events. Safety helmets are permitted and encouraged in all classes. Three-minute tack changes permitted. Must let office know prior to the class the need for a tack change. A pony is 56 inches and under for all classes. 4-H rules and regulations will apply. Ages must be determined as of September 1, 2010. A Novice is a horse/pony and exhibitor combination that has never won a first place blue ribbon at an Open or 4-H show. Trail Classes will start at 2:00 and run to the end of the show. It will be run outside of the show arena. Blue, Red and White rating ribbons will be awarded. Horse Show Committee will combine or divide classes as deemed necessary. Entries will be closed when preceding class is called. Diamond G Ranch & Western Store will not be held responsible for theft or accident. Payback Show - Payback to 4th place. Payback 60% Exhibitor - 40% Show. There will be a “County” high point traveling trophy. Each participant must complete “Agreement to Assume Risk and Release From Liability” Form. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED There will be a lunch stand on grounds.
