Weekly Journal #2:
This week my group focused on the creation of our scope document and pulling the
best pieces from the five business analysts (BA) that wrote their own individual
scope. We also discussed what a scope consist of and the requirements needed to
have an effective scope. Also, we planned for future meetings that involved putting
the final scope together with edits and also the development of the prototype using
justinmind.
There has also been a lack of commitment and participation among certain BAs, so
there was a discussion about the negative impact that this type of behavior can have
on the team as a whole and on certain individuals. In addition, we discussed that this
team project can be very successful and a great experience if everyone
communicates and puts in the effort. Overall, instead of the project being miserable,
everyone will enjoy the project and gain a lot from it.
