INFORMATION SYSTEMS PROJECTS:
 Developed an innovative tutoring, mentoring, and academic advising web application to
compensate for government funding inadequacies in K-12 schools throughout the
Philadelphia School District.
 Succeeded in a collaborative environment in designing and prototyping a technological
solution to the pervasive trash and litter problem in Philadelphia.

Enterprise Release Management Intern
 Identified, designed, and implemented improvements to existing enterprise-wide
release processes using Excel Visual Basic for Applications to yield a benefit of
$27,000 annually for the organization.
 Conducted one-on-one meetings with project stakeholders to monetize the
effectiveness of existing reports and perform cost-benefit analyses for modifications
to the reporting process.
 Created guidelines and hosted release management training sessions to facilitate the
continued use of process improvement macros moving forward in the Enterprise
Release Management department.
