As a mentor, your job description would include primarily working one-on-one with 25 student writers from a Writing Intensive Course. Your specific duties will be arranged with the instructor of the Writing Intensive Course, but may include reading and responding to student writing, meeting individually with students, presenting on writing related topics and participating in weekly staff meeting.
