MANAGING TLI/UWI ARTICULATION 1.1 Facilitate the development of Associate Degree and Joint Bachelor’s Degree programmes. 1.1.1 Monitoring of the UWI Bachelor in Nursing with Excelsior Community College and the University Hospital of the West Indies School of Nursing. 1.1.2 Collaboration with Certified General Accountants (CGA). 1.2 Assist with the assessment of Certificate/Diploma or Associate Degree programmes for articulation with UWI Bachelor’s Degree programmes. 1.2.1 Assessment of Dominica State College’s Associate Degree. Tracer study is to be conducted to see how many students chose UWI to compete their full degree. Guidelines for delivery were discussed at AQAC on March 8, 2005. Courses are to be discussed at meeting on May 30th. 1.2.16 Facilitate the collaboration of UWI and School of Medical Radiation Technology in the delivery of the BSc in Diagnostic Imaging Radiography. 1.3 Facilitate the Franchise/Divestment of UWI Courses/Certificate programmes to: 1.3.1 Level II to be encouraged in St. Kitts. Bachelors in Nursing to be encouraged in St. Kitts and Barbados. [CH] Work to be done along with the Faculty to stimulate increased enrolment in Science and Humanities. [CH] Visit to Trinidad to orient Planning/Administrative Assistant and sort our cross registration issues. [CH] Meeting with Deputy Deans and Faculty Members involved in Franchise.
