Statement of Purpose:
The MIT Administrative Calendar (Excel file) serves as a reference for administrators who need to know the schedule of those tasks and deadlines that affect the greatest number of people in Departments, Labs, and Centers across the Institute.
The Calendar also provides scheduling information to those intending to roll out new processes or products. The goal is to coordinate timing, to minimize the impact on DLC administration so that those administrative tasks inherent to a new systems roll-out may be most easily absorbed, thus increasing the effectiveness of implementation.
Criteria:
The Calendar includes general, on-going administrative tasks as well as annual and major one-time activities that apply to the largest number of administrators in Departments,
Labs, and Centers.
The Administrative Advisory Council II will maintain administrative oversight of the
Calendar, and it will be maintained by the Financial Systems Services Community
Support Team.
