Alien life is stereotypically portrayed as slim, silver or green creatures with large black eyes a large
head. However, life on other planets may not even look like life to us; in fact it may look like
something completely different. Using the knowledge you have gain concerning the characteristics
of life and the similarities ALL living things share. Design an alien life form and describe how it
carries out the following life functions: ingestion (eats its food), digestion (breaks its food down),
transport (circulates material), cellular respiration (gets energy), and excretion (removes waste).

