Alien Invasion
Writing Prompt
I get home from school after a long week, I go up to my room and notice that my
computer has been stolen. I reach for my cellphone and try to reach my parents, but
nobody is answering. I try to call my best friend and no luck there either. I go downstairs
to try the main telephone line. There is no tonality, as if the phone line had been
disconnected. I try to call my parents again on my cellphone, but it doesn’t work. I look
outside and I see many lights in the sky, forming a perfect round shape. It looks like an
alien spaceship. Then, I look the other way and I see hundreds of spaceships just like the
first one. We have been invaded by aliens and I cannot reach my parents…
