7th Grade Home and Career Skills is a junior high course designed to
educate students to think constructively, make good choices, problem
solve and manage their resources; preparing them to live in today’s
rapidly changing and increasingly complex world.
 Respect- for yourself, your classmates, your teacher as well as
personal and classroom property.
 Responsibility- for your behavior and class work. It is your
responsibility to make up any work missed.
 Follow school policies and procedures.
 Active class participation is expected and graded!
 Consistently check teacher’s webpage for assignments,
exams and other important class information.
 Seek extra-help if needed.
 1 ½” binder is required for class to keep your class work and
assignments. All papers are to be kept for the entire
semester!
 Pens and Pencils (blue and black ink)
 A packet of dividers with pockets
 You are required to bring with you all class materials on
a daily basis!
