The purpose of the role:
The purpose of the role is to assist the Retail Manager in front of house services within retail
units to ensure a consistent delivery of high quality service and carrying out associated
administrative duties

Main responsibilities:
1.
To co-ordinate services and staff across multi retail units. Continually
reviewing procedures to identify opportunities for product and service
improvement

To assist the Retail Manager and marketing team in the production and
distribution of marketing material campus wide

To liaise with customers to maximise customer satisfaction and feedback
comments to Retail Manager

4.
To monitor marketing merchandising in units on a regular basis to ensure
that sales are fully maximised, checking plannograms are adhered to and
suggesting areas for improvement

To be fully conversant with and competent to use all systems relevant to
area of responsibility

To act as duty manager working pre-arranged evenings and weekends as
required

Reporting to the Retail Manager, this role takes responsibility for ensuring a consistent
standard of high quality service is delivered across the departments retail outlets ensuring all
food safety and Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
