To co-ordinate services and staff across multi retail units. Continually reviewing procedures to identify opportunities for product and service improvement 35% 2. To assist the Retail Manager and marketing team in the production and distribution of marketing material campus wide 25% 3. To liaise with customers to maximise customer satisfaction and feedback comments to Retail Manager 10% 4. To monitor marketing merchandising in units on a regular basis to ensure that sales are fully maximised, checking plannograms are adhered to and suggesting areas for improvement 10% 5.
