Salt River Project Project Business Analyst Rotation Program Description: Phoenix-based SRP, the nation's third-largest public power and water utility, is recruiting for its Business Analyst Rotation Program. The Program is designed to develop a pool of entry-level analysts, and equip them with a strong foundation for success at SRP, whereby they could move into openings with a running start as more experienced analysts leave or move into more senior-level positions. The program provides participants with the opportunity to obtain a broad exposure to SRP's corporate structure, operational challenges, and industry issues. In addition, program participants gain valuable work experience and will have other training opportunities. Participants will complete a combination of six-month rotations within various "core" finance/quantitative areas and other "elective/supplemental" areas over a period of two years. The specific combination of rotations will vary by participant, based on their skills and interests, project opportunities, and business needs. Core Rotations - Financial Planning, Pricing, Treasury, Corporate Taxes, Supply & Trading, Resource Planning, Energy Risk Management, Forecasting, Research and Economic Development, and Human Resources (Analytics). Elective/Supplemental Rotations - Any area within SRP including Supply Chain (Procurement/Investment Recovery), Strategic Planning, Marketing, Power Accounting Services, Policy Analysis, Customer Services and Power System (Financial/Cost Analyst work). Participants will be assigned a mentor for the duration of the program and will also take part in periodic group training and developmental activities.
