Description:
Phoenix-based SRP, the nation's third-largest public power and water utility, is recruiting for its Business

The Program is designed to develop a pool of entry-level analysts, and equip them with a strong
foundation for success at SRP, whereby they could move into openings with a running start as more
experienced analysts leave or move into more senior-level positions.
The program provides participants with the opportunity to obtain a broad exposure to SRP's corporate
structure, operational challenges, and industry issues. In addition, program participants gain
valuable work experience and will have other training opportunities. Participants will complete a
combination of six-month rotations within various "core" finance/quantitative areas and other
"elective/supplemental" areas over a period of two years. The specific combination of rotations will vary
by participant, based on their skills and interests, project opportunities, and business needs.
Core Rotations - Financial Planning, Pricing, Treasury, Corporate Taxes, Supply & Trading, Resource
Planning, Energy Risk Management, Forecasting, Research and Economic Development, and Human
Resources (Analytics). Elective/Supplemental Rotations - Any area within SRP including Supply Chain
(Procurement/Investment Recovery), Strategic Planning, Marketing, Power Accounting Services, Policy
Analysis, Customer Services and Power System (Financial/Cost Analyst work).
Participants will be assigned a mentor for the duration of the program and will also take part in periodic
group training and developmental activities.
Salary is determined based on level of education and experience, as well as the technical nature of work

Requirements:
MBA preferred. Bachelor's degree required with preference in Finance, Accounting, Quantitative
Systems, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related quantitative disciplines. 2014 Graduates
encouraged to apply.
