GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Digital Sales Engagement Specialist will qualify targeted prospects by engaging in dialogue through various channels of communication
to identify potential new business. The incumbent will work closely with multiple sales channels to understand their needs and gain
knowledge of various industries to assist in acquisition of new business through targeted engagement.
Responsibilities:
 Responsible for contacting and engaging with identified prospects to assist sales team in closing new business
 Work collaboratively with Campaign Coordinator and Market Researcher to contact targeted prospects from sourced list
 Engage in dialogue with prospects to determine quality and warm up cold prospects to set appointments for sales team to close
qualified leads
 Gain a proper understanding of each sales channel’s needs to properly satisfy their lead generation requests
 Stay abreast of industry news, competition and consumer trends
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience:

1-3 years experience in an individual contributor role related to customer service or phone sales

Experience in outbound/inbound phone engagement and/or sales

Proficient in client relationship management (CRM) and data collection software

History in working with targeted campaigns related to specific verticals/geographical areas

Experience in warming up prospects and setting qualified appointments
Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, team-oriented startup environment

Strong PC and web based application user proficiency

Flexible, eager to learn and work both independently and as part of a team

Ability to make outbound cold calls and handle incoming calls

Strong researcher with excellent proofreading and grammatical skills

Must have ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions

Must have ability to work well under time constraints

Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects at once
