This suite includes SEM PPC, SEO, Daily Deals, E-mail Marketing, Maps, Reputation Management, Mobile Marketing, Social Media, and Web Development solutions. For this role, we are seeking passionate, outgoing individuals to own a territory and drive the sale of Gannett’s Digital Marketing Solutions to the SMB market space. Our digital marketing solutions help SMB’s drive better overall sales and marketing intelligence/insight into their businesses, acquire new customers, retain existing customer 1 partnerships, expand their revenues with existing customers, drive new revenue streams through better execution of their marketing & lead generation campaigns and programs and take marketing operational costs out of their business, thus, driving better marketing ROI. The right person for this role will have what it takes to drive new business and work with existing customers to exceed revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience: Digital Marketing / Online Marketing / Internet Marketing sales experience (i.e. paid search, SEO, social, email, mobile, and/or daily deal experience) Salesforce.com experience (preferred) or similar CRM software Consistent performer and self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Create and execute a sales plan to drive sales efforts & revenue results in an assigned market territory Meet and exceed revenue goals and targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Effectively execute marketing campaigns Drive lasting account relationships Maximize cross selling and up-selling opportunities Work with GDMS Senior Management & other Digital Sales Consultants to maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities in Salesforce.com. Manage the sales cycle, from initial qualification of a prospect thru the execution of contracts.
