Risk Assessment for Work with Machine Sources of Radiation
Proposals for working with new closed sources (for example sealed sources as incorporated into an
item of equipment) or X-ray generators are to be submitted to the Safety Office on Form Rad 2 or Rad
3. This form may be used to develop a risk assessment that is required to accompany the application.
