DATES EFFECTIVE: August 22, 2014 MANUAL: Health Science Clinical Work - Based REQUIREMENTS: It is the policy of The Anderson 5 Career Campus that a student who is enrolled in the Health Science Work - Based program has met the following course requirements: Completed Health Science I and Health Science II with a grade of C or better and with recommendation from the Health Science instructor. Student must be certified in Adult, Infant, and Child CPR and have current card(s). Student may not be pregnant at the time of signing up for the course. This is due to the physical nature of the work required, potential risk of contact with infectious diseases while providing patient care, and risk of harm to mother and fetus. In event that a student becomes pregnant while enrolled in the class, administration will be notified and the student will be dropped from the course. Provide their own transportation to and from the clinical sites.
