 Gamma Phi Beta moves to lower all chapter total by 3%
 Alpha Sigma Alpha seconds.
o Alpha Delta Pi, Gamma Phi Beta, Alpha Sigma Alpha, Sigma Sigma Sigma vote to lower.
o Alpha Chi Omega, Sigma Kappa, Delta Zeta vote to keep the same.
