MEETING SCHEDULE AND ACTIVITIES
Times for board meetings are subject to modifications within the September 14-15, 2004 time frame.
Tuesday, September 14, 2004
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Executive Session will be held in IARC 401.
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon. Full Board will meet in IARC 501 to hear the President's
Report, public testimony, and then continue with action and
information items.
12:00 noon – 1:30 p.m.
Planning and Development Committee will meet in IARC 501.
A working lunch will be provided to members of the board and
participating staff.
1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Academic and Student Affairs Committee will meet in IARC
401.
1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Facilities and Land Management Committee will meet in IARC
501.
6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
President Hamilton will host a reception for invited guests at
the President's Residence to honor prestigious faculty members.
Wednesday, September 15, 2004
8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
The Finance and Audit Committee will meet in IARC 501.
8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Human Resources Committee will meet in IARC 401.
10:00 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.
Full Board will resume its meeting in IARC 501. Lunch will
be provided for participants.
1:45 p.m.
