COMPLETE CONTAINMENT WITHIN THE WORK AREAS IS REQUIRED. 6. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT EXTERIOR BUILDING FACADE FROM DAMAGE FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT. CONTRACTOR SHALL UTILIZE PROTECTIVE COVERINGS. 7. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE USE OF MOTORIZED LIFTS AND/OR HEAVY EQUIPMENT WITH THE OWNER. CAULK BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE LIMESTONE PILASTER AND BOTTOM OF CORNICE FREEZE BOARD AT EACH CORNER OF THE BUILDING. 11. CONTRACTOR SHALL PREP, PRIME AND PAINT ALL ARCHED WINDOW DORMER TRIM.
