This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding
Documents dated January 4, 2013 and any prior Addenda remain in full force and effect except as
modified by the following, which shall have precedence over any contrary provisions in prior
Documents. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure
to do so may subject the Bidder to disqualification.
Alsop House; 301 High Street: Verandah & Verandah Roof Replacement:
1. Correction to the following statement:
a. 5. “Unit prices to be revised to reference 2” x 6” joists. Unit price to include cost for
removal and disposal of joists to be replaced and material and labor for installation of
new joists.”
b. Correction to read: “Unit prices to be revised to reference 2” x 10” joists. Unit
price to include cost for removal and disposal of joists to be replaced and
material and labor for installation of new joists.”
c. Revise proposal attached and shall be uploaded to the website.
