Re-Registration Instructions
A registration system called “MyOrgs,” is used by org officers to keep your registration
materials up to date.
You must complete all the registration steps within two weeks of starting it.
If you do not finish the steps by then, the system will force you to begin again.
1. Navigate to the Student Life webpage (www.uwgb.edu/student-life).
2. On the left-hand side, under Student Organizations, click “Link to MyOrgs”.
3. Enter your personal UWGB username (same as your campus email without the
@uwgb.edu part) and password.
4. This will bring you to the homepage labeled “MyOrgs – Dashboard.”
5. From here, click on “Begin re-registration” next to the name of your organization.
See the next page if you need very detailed instructions (most people won’t).
From here on out, each step has a “HELP” screen. Those help screens are the
instructions. If you want to call the instructions for a page back up, hit the “Help”
button on the left hand margin.
6. Once the above steps are completed and everyone has confirmed their
involvement, you should see “Completed” next to each step. When all steps are
complete, your organization has successfully re-registered. If you think you’re
finished and your org hasn’t been approved, wait a day or two and then
contact Student Life (stpda@uwgb.edu)

These are the “Very Detailed Instructions”:
5. a) Once you log in to MyOrgs, you’ll see listings for all the orgs in which you are currently an officer.
Click “Begin Re-Registration” in one of the orgs to start re-registering that org.
5. b) The HELP screen tells you that before you can begin, you’ll have to submit two report forms.
Click “OK”.
5. c) For the Members List Report Form, add in your members by putting in their email addresses in the box
and clicking “insert”. DO NOT enter FUND OFFICERS here. When finished with all your members, click
“Submit to Student Life”, then click “Confirm Submit Now & Continue”.
5. d) The next HELP screen tells you to complete the “Service Activities” Report Form.
NOTE: Attending your own meetings and events is NOT community service. Neither is
participating in bake sales or other fund raisers unless all the money raised is donated
to someone other than your organization [in that case, list the event as a “Bake Sale to
raise money for the ‘Whatever Society’”.
Enter each Service Activity. After each, click “Save Activity”, then you’ll be able to enter the next activity.
When you’ve entered ALL your service activities for 2015-16, click “Submit to Student Life Now”, then click
“Confirm Submit”.
5. e) The next HELP screen tells you that if you are an officer of the organization for this year and next year,
from now on you’ll see BOTH versions of the organization in your MyOrgs Dashboard. Make sure you click
the version that you want to work in.
5. f) You’ll have 2 weeks from starting your registration to finishing it. If everyone does not complete their part
in that 2 weeks, the entire registration process must begin again. You need to finish by no later than May 1.
5. g) Click “OK” to begin the re-registration process.
Change anything you wish in the Organization Details and Advisor boxes.
Click “Continue” when finished.
5. h) The next HELP screen tells you that the next step is to update your Officers List for next year.
Whoever is entering the information is by default a Fund Officer, and the Primary Contact.
Besides yourself, you need to enter the email address of at least one other fund officer to proceed.
Enter all your Fund Officers for next year, then click “Next”.
Next, you will see a screen come up containing our orientation video.
You need to watch it – click the arrow button to play it (about 13 minutes).
Now click the button at the bottom to take the quiz. You need 12 out of 13 to pass.
Re-take the questions you miss until you get at least 12 correct.
5. i) All the Other fund officers just got sent an email asking them to log into MyOrgs (using their personal UWGB
login username and password).
They should click “Confirm Participation” for the 2016-17 version of your org.
Then they’ll click “Confirm” again.
Next, they will see a screen come up containing our orientation video.
They need to watch it – click the arrow button to play it (about 13 minutes).
Now click the button at the bottom to take the quiz. They need 12 out of 13 to pass.
Re-take the questions they miss until they get at least 12 correct.
5. j) Your org advisor also just got sent an email asking them to log into MyOrgs (using their personal UWGB
login username and password).
They should click “Confirm Participation” for the 2016-17 version of your org. Then click “OK”.
Then they’ll click “Confirm” again.
Advisors DO NOT need to watch the video or take the quiz
