Entering Hours for a Part-Time Employee

Action
1.
Click the Main Menu button.
2.
Click the Manager Self Service menu.
3.
Click the Time Management menu.
4.
Click the Report Time menu.
5.
Click on Timesheet.
6.
Enter one of the search criteria. EX: Harper as the Last Name of your employee.
7.
Click on Get Employees to view the employees with that last name.
8.
Click on the employee you want to enter the hours for. Ex: Olivia Harper.
9.
Select the work week. Ex: Jan 6 under 2014.
10.
Click the Refresh button to refresh the timesheet.
11.
Enter the ampunt of hours worked for Monday of the week, under the Quantity field. Note:
Keep the Time Reporting Code, BLANK.
Enter a valid value e.g. "4".
12.
Enter the ampunt of hours worked for Tuesday of the week, under the Quantity field.
Enter a valid value e.g. "4".
13.
Enter the ampunt of hours worked for Wednesday of the week, under the Quantity field.
Enter a valid value e.g. "4".
14.
Enter the ampunt of hours worked for Monday of the week, under the Quantity field.
Enter a valid value e.g. "4".
15.
Enter the ampunt of hours worked for Monday of the week, under the Quantity field.
Enter a valid value e.g. "3"

Click the Submit button.

Click OK to complete the process.
