Computer start up steps:
Step 2:
- Chipset working properly has passed and found all the
devices, then attempts to find an OS in one of the disk
drive.
Computer start up steps:
** If it goes right:
- The OS is takes over and continues starting up the
computer.
** If it goes wrong:
- Mean an OS not found.
- An error message is display or text (non –system disk,
missing operating system).
-- It is software problem.

Step 3:
- OS is begging loading.
** If it goes right:
- OS is begging loading you will see the pretty windows
start up login.

** If it goes wrong:
- Any thing at this point can go wrong
--It is software problem.
Example:
- Being in safe mode.
- Detect new HW and try to install.

Step 4:
- Windows start properly and beginning to loads any other
program.
** If it goes right:
- Windows start properly and beginning to loads any other
program such as device drives, startup applications,
antivirus.

** If it goes wrong:
- Many reasons (bad driver, missing file).

Step 5:
You will start your programs and any thing you need.
** If it goes right:
Open and use any program.
** If it goes wrong:

- It is important to know these steps, because there are
different solutions for various problems that occur as the
steps.
- So, that makes the solution easy to find.
