Eric reported back on his experience in the Humans to Mars Conference that the student congress helped fund.

Nolberto Garcia (massage chairs) see PowerPoint for presentation.
Aaron suggests that the SFR of $1600 for two massage chairs be approved, 1 objection, approved.

PCC Table Tennis Club(ping pong tables) see PowerPoint for presentation.
Patrick (Table Tennis Club): We also have a sponsor that is willing to match the funds that we receive from the
student congress to buy more tables.
Ariana suggests that the SFR be approved for $800 instead of the full amount, 4 objections, approved.

Pablo suggests that Something Creative Club be chartered, unanimous approval.

Just reporting the 11 hours that they completed, there is no money allocated for this.

The Club Olympics are taking place Friday, May 31st, there will be different competitions for the different clubs so be
there. Also we don’t really need volunteers, we need participants to come.

Derek: JPCC will have a party this Friday to celebrate the end of the year, everyone is invited.

Request review process Proposal must be filled out completely and sponsored before submission. A completed paper copy must
be submitted at the Student Help Desk in building three.

Proposals will be submitted to Campus affairs and the form will be checked for completion. Follow-up
questions and requests for documentation will take place at this time.

The proposal will be presented at an ASPCC meeting where it will be voted upon.

Mug Drive
Worked on the flyer and collaboration with the MC, WRC, and QRC.
Aus Pen Distribution
The Aus Pens are in and we are working to implement more teacher trials over
summer for a larger distribution next fall.
INTERVIEWS
Second round of interviews complete.
CURRENT:
Mug Drive 5/13-5/29
Collaborating with QRC, MC, and WRC to collect mugs for a steady supply of
reusable mugs on campus. This is ongoing through May 29th. BRING SOME
MUGS! Every mug is worth a raffle ticket and we will be raffling off super energy
efficient LED light bulbs. Mugs must be in by 3:00 pm on Wednesday May, 27th
and the raffle will take place on Thursday the 30th.
