Aaron suggests that the SFR of $1600 for two massage chairs be approved, 1 objection, approved. 3.1.3 PCC Table Tennis Club(ping pong tables) see PowerPoint for presentation. Patrick (Table Tennis Club): We also have a sponsor that is willing to match the funds that we receive from the student congress to buy more tables. Ariana suggests that the SFR be approved for $800 instead of the full amount, 4 objections, approved. 3.2 Club Chartering 3.2.1 Something Creative- Christian Koch Pablo suggests that Something Creative Club be chartered, unanimous approval. 3.3 CSP Reports 3.3.1 International Club- Da Hyun Kim Just reporting the 11 hours that they completed, there is no money allocated for this. Axkana suggests that the 11 hours that International Club completed be approved, unanimous approval. 4.0 Discussion Items 4.1 Club Olympics- Yollixpa Rios 4:30pm-4:45pm The Club Olympics are taking place Friday, May 31st, there will be different competitions for the different clubs so be there. Also we don’t really need volunteers, we need participants to come. 4.2 Haru Matsuri (Report Back) tabled.
