 Pay for a year and have access to everything

 Would like feedback on this. The more they
can get the better
 Can create a playlist, send the playlist to the
class for all selection
 Book talk – 1 – 3 minute talk about a book
they are interested in

 Numbers are higher than they have ever
been for summer
 Have QM which need to be updated – 708
(Shannon will do) & 707 – ask Lama if she
wants to update for next summer

Undergraduate fieldwork discussion
 Review of current state of fieldwork
 385 - implement academic interventions
individually or in small groups – targeting
gened classrooms – tier 2 intervention elementary
 410 – co-teaching – rationale provide
collaboration experience in gened setting –
collaboration, lesson planning, and
differentiated instruction - middle school
 485 – Teaching and intervention with
special populations – to provide specialized
special education experiences, assessing
challenging behavior, implementing
behavior interventions, teaching students in
special education – high school
 ELL minor – may change the order of the
field
 Problems – people are confused about
fieldwork
o We are drafting a quick guide that
describes all of our fieldwork
o We are going to update our syllabi to
increase alignment and use common
language
o More emphasis on dispositions
 Working on creating a joint orientation for
ALL fieldwork students – help the students
understand the “big picture”

should be done before we teach this again
