post/use my photograph and statement, regarding my
Internship/ Cooperative Education experience, with
TWU correspondence on the TWU website, social
media sites, print material or campus ads.
I ______________________________ would not
like to have my photograph and statement, regarding
my Internship/ Cooperative Education experience,
used with TWU correspondence.
