EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Department of School Education, Govt. of Punjab invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for
implementation of web/mobile app. based End to End Complete School Management Solution
from registered companies registered either under companies act 1956 or registered under limited
liability partnership (LLP) act 2008 which are engaged in providing web enabled end to end
integrated Solutions for Educational Institutions. The company must have Commercial, off-theshelf (COTS) own developed integrated software solution which can be further customized as per
the requirements of Department of School Education, Punjab. The solution should have been
implemented in at least 50 Educational institutions. The company should have minimum annual
turnover of Rs.02.00 Cr. during each of the last two financial years (2013-14 & 2014-15) from
similar services. The company should have its own team of minimum 20 technical professional.
Department of School Education, Punjab has approximately 20000 schools with strength of 1.5
lac staff members and 26 lac students.

Phase-8, SAS Nagar (Mohail), Punjab (India) – 160062. Last date for submission of EOI is 1009-2015 upto 05:00 PM.
Bidders, who qualify the eligibility criteria, shall be asked to give their presentation.
