UG Symposium Registration
Instruction Undergraduate Symposium - Spring 2016 Registration
This is the SAMPLE registration form for the Undergraduate Symposium on Friday, April 29,
2016. You may use this document to prepare your submission but you will NOT be able to
submit it; you should use the online form which will become available in early February.
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
Please enter ALL needed information about you (and co-authors, if any) and the details
about your presentation. Your co-authors should NOT register separately. As you work
through the form, you should use the 'Save' button on each page. You may close the
browser and return to your registration form later to make any changes or edits until the
deadline. Once you submit (by selecting "Done" on the last page), you will not be able
to make changes. If you will be registering for more than one presentation, you will need to
complete and submit the one registration PRIOR to registering another presentation (only 1
registration form can be available for editing).
Registration period: February 8- March 14, 2016. Late Registration will NOT be
accepted.

Abstract should clearly state the problem, issue, or concept being investigated or
demonstrated -summarize the project -be readable by a non-technical, educated audience minimize the use of, and explain, technical jargon -describe the broader interest or impact of
the project
