An act to allocate $450 from the ASNAU Senate Bill line for the Associated Students for
Women’s Issues for the purpose of hosting a film screening.
Whereas: The film being screened is “Girl Rising”.
Whereas: The film will be rented from the company 10x10.
Whereas: The screening will be held in Cline Library.
Whereas: $350 will go to renting the movie and $100 will be used to rent a room in Cline
Library.
Whereas: The Associated Students for Women’s Issues will be tabling to promote the event and
ask for donations.
Whereas: This will promote gender equality and women’s access to quality education.
Be it enacted by the Associated Students of Northern Arizona University that:
An act to allocate $450 from the ASNAU Senate Bill line for the Associated Students for
Women’s Issues for the purpose of hosting a film screening.
