Data should not permit direct identification of respondents. 2. Scientific institution, which gets data should secure protection of produced data • LR Government decree 1998-04-14 No.448 item 4. Information for scientific purposes can be provided to such research and educations institutions: higher schools, research institutes, scientific associations • LR law on Science and Studies, art. 6: State scientific institutes, universities, public educational establishments.
