Accreditation Institutional Appraisal of the Evaluation Visit
The Accrediting Commission has requested that we evaluate the evaluation team. Please give input and submit to President’s Office this week.
Planning and Budgeting Committee – Membership
Bernie Rang will be the representative from ECCFT. The remainder of the committee appointments will be made at the next College Council meeting.
Facilities Needs
The June 24 th Board meeting will include the following: survey results, target dollar amount, tax rate, cost over next 16 years, and campaign information. We are planning to bring the bond proposal to the Board for approval on July 15 th
. All groups wishing to support the bond measure can do so at this time.
Catherine Lew will meet with students to inform them how they can assist.
Policies
5010-Admissions, 5015-Residence Determination, 5500-Standards of Student Conduct, and 5510-Student Rights and Responsibilities are under review by Jeff Dimsdale.
4020-Program and Curriculum Development to be reviewed by Academic Senate.
4040-Library Services – Nadine Hata to check on last sentence (certificated) in first paragraph.
4050-Articulation – this is a number change only. Bring back for Academic Senate comments.
7150-Administrator’s Professional Development Fund – waiting for Janice Ely to get feedback from Management group.
7400-Travel – Dr. Simon and Dr. Hata have suggested language changes that will be incorporated.
A listing of CCLC policies that are outstanding will be prepared for the next meeting.
Any outstanding policies that are not CCLC recommended and need number changes will be brought to College Council as well.
