Minutes: Minutes from February 1th meeting was approved:
 Jo Ann:
 President would like to have defibrillators in every building on this campus. Currently, we
have approximately ten defibrillators and estimations are that we will need more than a
dozen. It is very important that we have qualified person checking.
 Discussion regarding designating areas on campus for smoking came up at College Council
yesterday:
o Two avenue of thinking:
1. Have designated areas for smoking, which bring ups issues on who will
enforce it and how. Campus Police will not be put into a position of
enforcing it.
2. Make ECC a non smoking campus. This is a better solution for all
concerned. Our recommendation is to have a non smoking campus. Rocky
will gather more information on other campuses that have a non smoking
environment.
 Vending machine update: Inquiries have been made to the vendor for proposal on different
kinds of skins. Waiting for vendor to respond.
