Other
An open forum on alternative calendars is being held to look at calendars that are offered at other
colleges to see if ECC is still meeting the needs of the community. Any changes would have an
impact on Fiscal Services, both the accounting and cashiers areas. Staff is encouraged to attend
one of these meetings.

Division and Area Councils
Implemented a few years ago, these councils are being reinstated in the three areas to develop
communication among the divisions and the areas.. Divisions will meet once a month and
Administrative Services divisions will send representatives to the area meeting on the last
Tuesday of each month, approximately 8:30-10:30 a.m.
Representatives nominated for the Fiscal Services Division Council are Momi Elliott,
Miriam Ifill, Lisa Webb, and Brenda Wilson. The intention is to get representation of all aspects
of the office. Any issue(s) that a staff member would like to have heard at an area council
meeting should go through one of the area council reps.
The monthly division council meeting will replace the current division staff meeting. Information
is to be available to everyone and minutes of each division council meeting will be posted on the
Infonet.
