 Eastman Machine Company, manufacturing company,
which manufactures and sells cutting machines
 Located in downtown Buffalo; open for 125 years.
 We are creating this database to help keep track of
costs that associate with selling machine’s( flight,
hotel reservation, etc)

Manually looking up past records by going to the file
cabinets.
Making the file for each individual technician and
looking into the different expense sheets for the
information.
• Difficult to analyze and make conclusions .

rates as well as locations in accordance to the

will use it to add, view and delete data.
 Providing useful reports that show expenses for
customers, and job shipments and service dates, per
diums for specific location, locations details, including
hotel information.
