Binding Postures of Each Compound
In the present study, Affinity created at most four binding postures between
enzyme-substrate. These postures were listed in an order of increasing energy (Table
S1). In some cases, Affinity could not find four postures, so the notation of “/” was
used for these postures. Besides, “other conformation” represented strange binding
conformations, for example: acyl part (or alcohol) of the ester bound into neither
binding pockets. Distance 1 and distance 2 were shown in figure 5.
