Call to Order/Welcome
Walter Mendez (I.C.C. President) called the meeting to order at 12:04. Quorum was
established.

Reports
A. Officer Reports
1. ASO Student Senate Report- Brandon Davis gave a report on selecting
officials for ASO.
2. He stated that anybody can run for a position of ASO.
B. Adviser Report – Janice Watanabe
1. New club reps, please complete a Member Information Sheet.
2. Bake Sale Fundraisers – no homemade items:
a) Due to health regulations, the campus caterer cannot allow homemade
baked goods on campus events.
b) ICC can petition against it if desired. Contact ICC cabinet for more info.

Information Items
A. I.C.C Blood Drive- Brandon Davis
1. The blood drive will be held from Tues-Thurs Sept 30th- Oct 2nd.
2. Clubs will get points for donating.
3. This year’s blood drive needs 360 pints of blood to meet the goal.
B. I.C.C Homecoming- Nicole Teixeira
1. The 2008 Homecoming will be on Sat, Nov 15th.
2. Spirit week will be from Nov 11th-13th that week with the following days:
a) Tues: Warrior Spirit Day,
b) Wed: USC Vs. UCLA,
c) Thurs: Cerritos Nerd Day.
3. Tickets are $8 with ASB, $10 without ASB, and $20 for VIP with all-youcan-eat buffet.
4. Auditions are open for talent show that will be held in the Homecoming.
a) Fliers were passed out.

C. I.C.C Children’s Holiday Party- Walter Mendez
1. Scheduled for Friday, December 5th – week before finals.
2. Open vote will be held in the next Wednesday meeting for the event’s
approval. All club reps must discuss the topic with their clubs to vote.
3. There was some discussion as to why the party was tentatively planned on this
date and how much support the clubs would be willing to give that week to
make the party successful.
4. It was suggested that the club reps discuss the issues with their clubs and
come back next week to vote on whether the party should take place on that
date or be cancelled.
VIII. Next I.C.C. Meetings
A. Cabinet and Finance Committee Meeting – Monday, September 22nd at 12pm in the
I.C.C. Office. Club Budget Requests for approval at the next I.C.C. meeting are due
on Friday, September 19th (see ICC Club Budget Request Procedures)
B. General Meeting – Wed., September 24th at 12pm in Cafeteria Stadium Room
IX.
Open Discussion
A. Sociology Club is holding a Transfer Workshop on Thursday.
X.
Adjournment
 It was moved by Anthropology Club and seconded by Science Club to adjourn
the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting was adjourned at 12:25.
