Call to Order/Welcome
Walter Mendez (I.C.C. President) called the meeting to order at 12:08. Quorum was
established.

A. I.C.C Children’s Holiday Party – Ana Safazada, Brandon Davis
1. Date/Time: Friday, December 5th from 11:30 – 1:00pm in the A.C East
Lounge.
2. Update on the children: 88 children from the Headstart program at the
Inglewood Child Development Center. Arranged for two buses to transport
the Children to ECC.
3. Club participation
a) Entertainment – “Hokey Pokey” Dance, Christmas songs
b) Craft Tables - At least one club needed for each craft table to help with
preparations and set-up – More help needed at party
o Cookie decorating: Rotaract and 3-4 volunteers
o Reindeer hats: Puente and Asian Club 5-6 volunteers
o Kids photo with Santa (and make picture frame): AGS and 7-9
volunteers
o Holiday cards: Sociology Club and 4-5 volunteers
o Face painting: International Business Club, CKI, and Art Club
o Ornament making: Tailor-Made and 3-4 volunteers
o Stocking Decorations: History Club and 4-5 volunteers
o Other activities for the kids, such as coloring, etc: Volunteers at the
party
VIII. Next I.C.C. Meetings
A. Cabinet and Finance Committee Meeting – Monday, November 24th at 12pm in the
I.C.C. Office. Club Budget Requests for approval at the next I.C.C. meeting are due
on Friday, November 21st (see ICC Club Budget Request Procedures)
B. General Meeting – Wed., November 26th at 12pm in Cafeteria Stadium Room

Open Discussion
A. Veterans Club is holding a Veterans Fair from 11-2pm tomorrow in the A.C.

Adjournment
 It was moved by Veterans Club and seconded by Science Club to adjourn the
meeting. Motion passed. Meeting was adjourned at 12:45
