Recognition Banquet. Motion to approve up to $100 from the I.C.C. International Month Account #836510 for expenses for the I.C.C. Recognition Banquet was moved by Tailor Made. Second by: Science Club. Motion passed. VII. Information Items A. Spring Games – Walter Mendez 1. Date: 4/24/2009 on Library Lawn from 12-2pm 2. Challenge course will be first and five clubs reps are needed for these events including wheel barrow, 3-legged race and pie eating 3. Scavenger hunt will follow and any number of club members may participate. 4. Participating clubs are to email Walter at: wltr.mndz@gmail.com B. I.C.C. Recognition Banquet- Walter Mendez 1. Awards/ recognition given to reps/clubs on 5/29/2009 from 1-3pm at Shade Hotel in Manhattan Beach. 2. Invitations to be distributed - RSVP – limited to 75 people 3. ICC reps invited if attended minimum number of ICC meetings – determined by next Wednesday’s meeting. VIII. Future I.C.C. Meetings A. Cabinet and Finance Committee Meeting – Monday, April 27th at 12pm in I.C.C. Office. Club Budget Requests for approval at next I.C.C. mtg. are due by Fri., April 24th (see I.C.C.
