Call to Order/Welcome
Walter Mendez called the meeting to order at 12:08pm.

activities that they have sponsored as well as the activities at which they
participated. Submit the form to Janice Watanabe, I.C.C. Adviser in the
Student Development Office by Mon 5/18 to have copies distributed at I.C.C.
meeting or bring your own copies to the meeting on 5/20.

D. Thank You I.C.C. - Blood Drive Pizza Party
1. Kim, Davis, American Red Cross Representative
2. 338 units of blood collected on March 24-26, 2009
3. El Camino College is the leader of blood collection for colleges in Southern
California!
4. El Camino College averages 700 units per year (potential of 2,100 lives
saved).
5. E.C.C. Summer Blood Drive- August 4th (Blood shortage in community due
to concerns about Swine Flu.)
6. As a “thank you”, the Red Cross provided pizza for I.C.C.
Future I.C.C. Meetings
A. Cabinet and Finance Committee Meeting – Monday, May 11th at 12pm in I.C.C.
Office. Club Budget Requests for approval at next I.C.C. mtg. are due by Fri., May
8th (see I.C.C. Club Budget Request Procedures).
B. General Meeting – Wednesday, May 13th at 12pm in the Cafeteria Stadium Room
VIII.
Open Discussion
A. Candidates running for A.S.O. student government positions introduced themselves
and encouraged all students to vote and attend the A.S.O. Election rally on Tues May
12th at 1-2pm in front of Activities Center Stage.
IX.
Adjournment
Motion to adjourn was made by Architecture Club. Second by: A.G.S. Motion
passed. Meeting was adjourned at 12:32pm.
