Of Activities are all open In order to be legible: One must be an ECC student, have be enrolled in a minimum of 6 units and have a minimum GPA of 2.0, can not have served in positions for more than 3 years or 5 semesters, have an ASB sticker and fill out the necessary paperwork. 2. I.C.C. Review Board – Kirsten Nguyen o Jewish Student Union and Hip Hop Club still pending 3. A.S.O Student Senate – Philip Stokes o Position for Student Trustee still open o Petitions for Student Trustee are due Today, Dec. 2nd o This Friday, Dec. 4th is the candidates meeting during which the voting process and campaign guidelines will be discussed. 4. I.C.C. Vintage Clothing Sale Fundraisers- Ana Safazada o Today is the I.C.C. Vintage Sale which is open until 5pm o Any money garnered by the Vintage Sales goes into the I.C.C. Fundraising Account 3. Other Officer Reports o None VI. Business Items A. Approval of I.C.C. Fundraiser on December 17th at Chili’s Restaurant – Mark Tomaier Motion made by A.G.S. to approve I.C.C. Chili’s Restaurant Fundraiser. Second by Chorale Club. Motion passed. VII. Information Items A. I.C.C. Children’s Holiday Party – Chris Pham 1. On December 11, 2009 from 11:30am-1:00pm in the Activities Center West Lounge 2. Crafts forms due Today 3. Santa suit ready 4. Buying $900 worth of toys on Friday at Toys R Us from 2-6pm 5. Committee meeting Today at 3:00pm 6. Feedback: Chorale offered to put on a 20 min show for kids. B. “Loathing in Las Vegas”- Chris Pham and Philip Stokes 1. Event is being planned by cabinet as major spring activity. 2. Chris Pham and Philip Stokes met with ASB to discuss event and get support and additional funds. 3. Osher Foundation will give out 200 - $1000 scholarships to ECC students if I.C.C. can raise $7,000 in two years. 4. If all of ECC raises 1 million the Osher Foundation will supply ECC with 24,000 $1000 scholarships 5. A.S.O. to financially co-sponsor event to promote student leadership. 6. Feedback: Issue came up regarding the events April, 2nd date being Good Friday and due to people acknowledging Holiday, they might not come to event and this might hurt the event’s profits. I.C.C. reps asked for other dates and the only date available were April 2nd and April 24th. It was explained that April 2nd was the chosen date, because April 24th is right after spring break and many people would not want to attend and publicizing would have to begin all over again. Janice to email all I.C.C. Reps a sheet regarding which date is more suitable. VII. Next I.C.C. Meetings A. Cabinet and Finance Committee Meeting – Monday, Dec. 7, 2009 at 11:45am in the I.C.C. Office. Club budget requests are due on Thursday, Dec. 4th for items to be approved at the next I.C.C. meeting. (See ICC Club Budget Request Procedures). B.
