Call to Order
President Ana Safazada called the meeting to order at 12:00pm. Quorum was established.

Motion made by College Republicans to approve the minutes of December 2,
2009. Seconded by the A.G.S. Motion passed.

1. I.C.C. Cabinet Vacancies – Ana Safazada
o Many cabinet members are leaving.
o If anyone is interested in filling any cabinet vacancies contact Ana Safazada
2. I.C.C. Review Board – Kirsten Nguyen
o Hip Hop Dance Club ready to be approved as a new club
3. A.S.O Student Senate – Philip Stokes
o Elections for Student Trustee held yesterday and today
o Results to be Posted Dec. 14th
4. I.C.C. Vintage Clothing Sale Fundraisers- Ana Safazada
o 2nd I.C.C. Vintage Sale not as successful as first
o Overall gross of both Vintage Sales came out to be $195.50
o Amount to go into the I.C.C. Fundraising Account which needs a total of $500
to be raised for the whole year.

o Chili’s Night from on Dec. 17th from 11am-11pm as a fundraising event for ICC
o Estimated 15% spending to go to I.C.C.

VI.
Business Items
A. Approval of New Club—Kirsten Nguyen
Hip Hop Dance Club rep spoke about the club, saying it is for all dancers to come
together to dance, hold workshops, and bring in special guests. Sessions to be held
during Spring Semester every Tues./Thurs. with an additional meeting time for official
meetings. Club open to all, and will teach newcomers. Open to all dance forms.
Motion to approve Hip Hop Dance Club as new club made by G.S.A. Second by A.G.S.
Motion passed.
VII. Information Items
A. I.C.C. Children’s Holiday Party – Chris Pham
1. On December 11, 2009 from 11:30am-1:00pm in Activities Center West Lounge
2. Toy wrapping to take place today after I.C.C. General Meeting
3. Clubs need to come to set up tables
4. All volunteers welcome!
B. “Loathing in Las Vegas”- Chris Pham and Philip Stokes
1. Event is being planned by cabinet as major spring activity.
2. Email being set up for contact between committee members and committee
chairs and the event’s co-chairs, Chris Pham and Philip Stokes.
3. Still in process of signing contracts ]
4. Icc.cabinet@gmail.com designated email for “Loathing in Las Vegas” Event
5. Need to set up date for meeting committee members outside of I.C.C.
6. Feedback: Issue came up regarding the events April, 2nd date clashing with the
Native American Pow Wow set up. It was clarified that the Pow Wow set up is
during day and I.C.C. event to take place during the evening and both events are
taking place in different areas. Philip Stokes asked everyone whether they felt it
was okay for him to stay and co-chair the event even though he would be unable
to stay in the I.C.C. cabinet. It was discussed that he is an asset to the group,
since the event is his vision.
VII. Next I.C.C. Meetings
A. Cabinet and Finance Committee Meeting – Monday, February 22, 2010 at 11:45am
in the I.C.C. Office. Club budget requests are due on Friday, Feb. 19th for items to be
approved at the next I.C.C. meeting. (See ICC Club Budget Request Procedures).
B. General Meeting – Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at 12pm in Activities Center West
Conference Room.
