Call to Order/Welcome –Ana Safazada President Ana Safazada called the meeting to order at 12:06 pm and welcomed everyone. Quorum was established. Approval of I.C.C. minutes for April 21, 2010 Daniel Garrett from A.G.S. had a correction to the minutes under “Announcements” – AGS meets every 2nd & 4th Tuesday and also corrected the spelling of his name (Dan Garrett) as the person who made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Motion to approve the minutes as corrected: History Club Second: G.S.A. Motion passed and the minutes were approved as corrected. IV. Announcements and Introductions A. Club Announcements Club reps introduced themselves and gave info about their club’s meetings and upcoming activities. V. Reports A. Officer Reports 1. ASO Reports – Janice Watanabe Page 1 of 2 The ASO Elections will be held May 10-13 There will be 6 students from ASO representing ECC students at the State-wide General Assembly this weekend in Los Angeles. 2. Finance Reports – No finance reports 3. Review Board Report – “ Get Higher GPA in ECC” club still pending approval VI. Business Items A. Approval of ICC Finance Committee Recommendation Motion to approve $50.00 from ICC Activities account #83-6503 for spring games was made by: Science Club. Seconded by: Alpha Gamma Sigma. Cabinet and Finance Committee Meeting – Monday, May 10th at 12:00pm in the I.C.C. Office. Club budget requests are due on Friday, May 7, 2010 for items to be approved at the next I.C.C. meeting. (See ICC Club Budget Request Procedures). B. General Meeting – Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at 12pm in the Activities Center West Conference Room.
