We do not expect any of them in attendance at the Board meeting. 2. President Fallo had another meeting with the coaches. They stated that the document presented to the Facilities Steering Committee was not a proposal but more of an idea paper. It would have cost an additional $5K to have architects price the project. There will be two additional meetings with P.E. staff. The dates are Thursday, December 11th at 2:00 p.m. and Wednesday, December 17th at 2:00 p.m. 3. We are still on target and on budget for the Natural Science project. The target date is April/May 2004 on the first plans. 4. Status Report – Measure E – Current Ideas a. We have refined the dollar amounts by scaling back new building costs to accommodate lower enrollment figures. b. Building renovation costs by scope (A-F) were distributed to committee.
