I am a current PhD student at Rockefeller College with a focus in Public Management. I have
served the Graduate Student Association (GSA) for two years as the Equity and Inclusion
Chair. I have enjoyed my time immensely. My studies focus on representative bureaucracy
theory and diversity management. I look to help organizations understand diversity in all of
its contexts and to develop trainings and programs to become more open and inclusive. I
look to work as either a consultant or researcher, tackling diversity issues in public and
private organizations. I expand this knowledge or programming and diversity management
into my GSA efforts and look to bring in more graduate students and UAlbany members
into this work.
