Live animals that have previously been handled by people. Overhead transparencies for external anatomy identification (see California Curriculum Guidelines). Evaluation: TOPIC PRESENTATION: Quizzes and worksheets; use of terms in a "Jeopardy" game including correct spelling and parts identification; test using live animals with an oral presentation given by each student. EXTERNAL ANATOMY OF FARM ANIMALS ______________________________________________________ ACTIVITY: Have students use worksheets to correctly spell the name and label each external part.
